By accessing and viewing this website, the user agrees that they are at least 18 years old.

Our ordering process is as follows:

1. While we're happy to provide information via email, firearm and accessory orders are only taken over the phone.
2. All firearms must ship to your local Federal Firearms License holder; this can be almost any gun shop or many sporting goods stores. You pay us for the firearm, the firearm ships to your dealer, you pick it up there and pay them a small fee for the paperwork.
3. To take your order we only need your information and payment. Before shipping the firearm we will need a copy of the FFL from whoever you choose to receive your firearm. The FFL can be sent by email to ApacheArms@yahoo.com or by mail to PO Box 2 La Russell, MO 64848. We don't have a FAX machine.
4. Once we have payment and an FFL copy your firearm ships by Ground service with insurance. We normally ship 1-2 times per week.

All prices include a 3% cash discount. Visa and Mastercard payments are not eligible for the 3% cash discount. Payment can also be made by cashier's check or money order, but in most cases will still require a credit card deposit to hold the rifle until funds arrive. Full payment is due within 7 days of your order unless arrangements are made for layaway.

Shipping is not included in the prices listed on the website. Shipping starts at $65 to the lower 48 (where legal) for the Romanian Dragunov packages and goes up from there depending on size, weight, and insured value.

Missouri sales tax (5.45%) is charged for all orders shipping to Missouri.

Apache Arms offers no warranty on new or used firearms. Used firearms are sold as-is, and issues with new firearms will need to be referred to the manufacturer (or importer in the case of foreign weapons). It is recommended that with any used or surplus firearm you have a competent gunsmith inspect the weapon for safety before firing. With that said, we visually inspect all firearms before shipping and very, very rarely hear of problems of any kind from our customers, from either new or used weapons. The majority of the firearms we sell are military or military-grade weapons, and were meant to stand up to a lot of use and abuse.

If you do have an issue with your firearm, we will do everything we can to fix, exchange, or troubleshoot the problem on a case by case basis. We are as detailed in our descriptions as possible and either describe or photograph any issues with firearms that we are made aware of, so that we can offer the best service possible. Military firearms are often meant to be used with specific ammunition. The use of incorrect ammunition may cause damage to the firearm or the person shooting the firearm. 

Unless specific arrangements are made beforehand, we are not able to ship to the state of California or install parts to make your firearm California legal. There are other cities and states where many of our firearms are not legal, it is your responsibility to be sure the firearm you order is legal for you to purchase. If an order is returned because the purchaser failed to pass a background check or was not able to legally receive the firearm, a restocking fee of up to 30% may be assessed. Returns made without prior approval may also be assessed a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price. 

By purchasing a firearm or firearm accessory, the buyer acknowledges that they are responsible for the safe and legal use of the firearm. Firearms must be securely stored away from children or those not able to legally possess a firearm.

Consignment weapons are welcome, just let us know what you have and what you're looking to get for it and we'll take care of you.

Many years ago a friend of mine helped me out quite a bit getting my FFL license and business started. For several years I advertised for his missionary group and donated funds generated here.
